What is the priority in your life?

Dear Friends,

A good Methodist is one whom has a form of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).  This is what I tell my family when they start calling me OCD.  I do have my routines and like things to be in the right place.  I believe patterns and daily disciplines are good for a Christian.  It is also important to note that John Wesley’s holy club was called Methodists first by folks who witnessed their meth-o-logical steps toward faith and theology.

I believe Christian disciplines are important to our spiritual journeys.  Daily prayer and reading of the scriptures is important.  Always remaining a student of Jesus and pursuing Him at all cost is vital.  Our daily journey calls for us to setup non-negotiables, core values for our walk of faith.  What areas of your faith are you obsessive to keep daily in place? Are you compulsive for God’s word?  Are you compelled to listen for God’s voice through the Holy Spirit?

In a day when the moral compass of humanity is spinning out of control, we must put our priorities in order.    What is the #1 priority in your life:

It is time to look to Jesus

Do you want to know what is on the mind of God?

Look to Jesus!

Do you want to know the will of God?

Look to Jesus!

Want to know the heart of God?

Look to Jesus!
